Ever eat pork satay also........ hehe modify by chinese.
Satay is food that comes from Indonesia.
But seems to be more popular in Malaysia.
Malaysia's satay starts from Kajang.
Thats Y Kajang satay is so well known in Malaysia.
Besides chicken, pork, mutton, beef satay, there are also crocodile, ostrich, deer satay.
Satay really makes my saliva drips when it is slightly burnt. Theres an unique aroma. yum yum.
but, remember to eat cucumber, because cucumber is anti-carcinogen.
well, all BBQ thing contain that.(Carcinogen is a cancer causing agent. But who cares)

so very very nice when together with satay.
You can try to eat it together with mince meat(taste like bak chang).
try to cut ketipat into 2(fry it 1st), then stuck in chicken chop, lettuce, onion, tomato and ham.
Taste like burger.
About the satay sauce, you can mix with the yellow noodle, or spagetti.
Try it.
Mix with bamboo rice, sushi, chicken chop, actually almost all meat.
satay sauce+egg. no matter is hard boiled egg, fried egg, scramble egg.....
