踏脚石、绊脚石

什么是踏脚石？
就是帮你比较容易达成目标的人、事、物。

什么是绊脚石？
就是让你不能或很难达成目标的人、事、物。

我弟弟今天实在太有智慧了，说了一句“踏脚石摆得不好就变成绊脚石了”，这么有哲学的话。

的确，每件事都有正反两面。物极必反。只不过这句话有点悲观。
何不换成“绊脚石说不定会变成踏脚石”

蜜蜂與蒼蠅

有一篇網路文章講到一個實驗，如果將一隻蜜蜂和一隻蒼蠅放進一個玻璃瓶中，然後將玻璃瓶平放，瓶底朝向較光的窗口，再打開瓶蓋，你猜會怎樣？



何者會逃出生天？實驗證明，勤勞的蜜蜂會不斷地在瓶底找出口，直至力竭而死；

而蒼蠅卻可以在不到兩分鐘的時間內，從玻璃瓶口逃出。



蜜蜂之死，是因為被傳統智慧和邏輯所誤。牠們以為，「密室」的出口必然是在光線最明亮的地方，因此只管拚命撞向瓶底，重複這種牠們認為合乎邏輯的行動。對牠們來說，自然界並無玻璃這種不能穿透的透明物體，因此牠們的智力愈高，愈重視邏輯和經驗，這種奇怪的障礙物就愈發不可理解。



相反，智力較低的蒼蠅對邏輯毫不在意，只管四下亂飛，卻誤打誤撞地找到了出口，構成了一個智者低、頭腦簡單者卻得救的警世故事。



這不單是一個寓言，而是美國一個著名的組織行為學者卡爾偉克的實驗。

面對複雜的世界，我們需要的是隨機性的智慧，而不是教條式的智慧。因此，學習用不同的角度看世界，來因應這些千變萬化的世事，似乎是有智慧的人生有的涵養。

抓耙仔/反骨仔

今天偶然间想起这件事。

在N年前，某“集团”提拔了一位他们认为很有潜力的新人。
所谓的提拔，也不过是让他在一个很有经验的团队里工作。
所以，该位新人选择了跳槽到敌对公司。

事情发生在那过后，“集团”的董事们，纷纷都以非常厌恶的口吻说他是抓耙仔/反骨仔。
我则为这些董事们得不懂事感到难过。

当别人跳槽到你的集团时，他同时也是他前公司的抓耙仔/反骨仔。你们怎么那么喜欢他，还为他开了一个迎新大会呢！
你们有没有想过，他是为什么跳槽的？

人都有选择的机会。
还有，你没听过东家不打打西家吗？

不好意思，本人在其“集团”又太多的不愉快经验，所以包含了一些个人意见。
不过，该“集团”的董事们，多是自以为是，固步自封，闭门造车，自打嘴巴，自我中心，唯我独尊......

你这个笨蛋，这么容易都不会！
骂人之前，你最好想清楚，自己有没有资格骂！
都给你骂笨蛋了，还能聪明到哪里去？

Surprise!

Tell me one good news and 1 bad news.

Lets have the bad news first.
I fail my maths T. 33 marks.
Actually i can do, but some copy wrong question, some copy wrong figure from the calculator. Padan muka saya.
If i didn't make this mistake, i at least will past.

PA: I only get 64 marks la. the kes ragut 1, i only get 2 marks la. sob.

Good news.
maths T: i am the 2nd highest in the class gok. dunno should happy o sad... lalala

PA: i gt 14 marks out of 15 for my pie chart.

and jaron say i am 1 of the 3 to pass chem in class......hope he won't let me happy kosong. lol, i usually have high hope for chem le. but i dunno what happen to me this time le.

Bio, it is the only ok paper for me in this UB1 la. at least i know what thw ques is asking about. but who knows? We always have a surprising result for bio. Much more better than what u expect or worse.....

I make my class sound very weak hoh?

Intensive修炼闭关启示

本人将于今日起，作为期七天的Intensive修炼闭关，以阔大自己的能力范围，并完成闭关作业。

本来有七七四十九天的闭关期。
荒废了三十几个日子，尝到苦果了。

来到了最后一个星期，决定尽最后的努力，作最后的冲刺。

不便之处，请多多抱憾。没看错，是“抱憾”。

ps: 吃饱闲着，写一通无聊的启示，以代表决心。瞧见可当没看到。

Planning?---- no use

Well, well, well........

Before the holiday starts, i planned everything.
I am going to finish all my homework, then do revision.....

See, every thing is nicely planned....
I even have extra time if i really follow my schedule.

BUT NOW! ITS 10 MORE DAYS TO SCHOOL REOPEN.

you know what have I done?
I jz finished my bio project(still cannot figure out hw to write my confidential report), 1 set of maths T(out of 13 sets)
My books all remain untouched.

I jz knew that i can finish 24 hrs juz doing nth.
i can sleep for 20 hrs continuously, then watch 2 hrs watching tv, 2 other hrs doing nth.......
thats Y i seldom update my blog recently....

Thats hw i spend my holiday.........................

Really hope that holiday never ends...............

haiyo, cannot type chinese la.

cause my old old 3 yrs old labtop which operate at least 10 hrs a day, cannot use fix line to go online.
so my dad buy a wireless modem lo, but haven't connect yet.

then hw i come blogging le?
cause i use my sister's new labtop lo.
no chinese gok, lol!

firstly, EXCLAIM my feeling towards the fire in kuching high.
my brother showed me the video he recorded.
he so ....... de bo.
keep filming the fence and smoke nia.
then, ithink he knt watch it from far, then he run to else where.......
but still continue recording.
The tiles are "running".

Next,

i went to training camp.
we had barbeque, eat until so full, nearly vomit.

then the dangerous camp site......
really need to watch my steps while walking.

i am a big bully there............
my victims: sze, jac, jaron, janson.......... and all dear campers

Actually i schedule to do some of my homework there.
but i huang fei xue ye...........

Haih-ing Again

Well well well, theres 5 more weeks left.
ok, less than that.

What have i done for my holiday homework?
nothing, still there sleeping.

What i did is sleep wake up, read news paper and eat.
Repeat it once more again(means 4 time)in a day.

Why everything is so hectic?

My dad says:Do more exercise, then you will be energitic.
well, i don't like the feeling of my heart beating so fast and loud.
Don'like the feeling of blood rushing in my arteries.
No, No, no, i don't want to die......yet.......
just that i don't like nia!

Time flies.........
like.....dunno

suddenly, 1 ques pop up in my mind.
what is the thing that you can't measure.......
LOVE! i remembered what joanne said.
time can be measured by using sec, min, hr, day, mth, yr, decade, century........

while waiting, 1 minute seems to be ages.
while enjoying, 1 day just like a glimp.

不想长大

从来都不曾想让自己走在时间的前端。
时间已经走得够快了，不需要走得比他快吧！

又是不知道是听谁说的，小孩子都急着想长大，长大后却怎么都不想变老。
渴望当一个小孩子，永远都不要长大，那该多好！

不幸的，无论是在家在外，都被人嘲笑。
更不幸的，才几岁就被父母一起，让他们自己孤孤单单的面对世上冷峻的考验。

相比之下，我们是不是幸福很多呢？

Hectic but happy

This morning, pun teng in good mood.
until i walk to kuching high.

They r having prize giving ceremony aaaa. so knt go in, mr bernard say need to wait till the ceremony finish.

haih! if i know earlier, i won't go there so early la!

Luckily, met yan teng, she wanted to look at her bro's performance, but she oso knt go in.
fine lo, then wei chuen and micheal come.
Yes, they knt go in also.
so we chit chatting outside the school gate lo.
so hot wo, still sit at the short wall there.

But this morning so happy aaa.
clean the bio research centre, found out that gt so many people dunno hw to open the fan.
Yes, open the fan, not switch on.
hahaha!

then go to set up the class in U6s2.
waliao, the table all got grease 1. yuck.
then, jaron, florence, and ....(forget is who liao, but i know gt other people)clean it with the glass cleaner.
haha!

After that is zone duty.
I am the first person found the dead snake body, surrounded by ants.
its dorsal pink and ventral white.
everybody who has phone took the picture le, but no 1 post.
then, we ask puan kong to look at the snake.
she juz scream, and ask us, u guys dun scared hah?ya hoh you all bio students.

Well, dead snake wat, so small again.
but she says she scared snakes le.... dunno.
FIRST WITNESS- ME!

Still go watch 2 movies, High School Musical 3 and Butterfly Love.......
Feel so funny when the wildcats can beat the another team even singing while playing basketball.
But i am the only 1 laughing. dunno Y.

Then the Butterfly Love, Wu Chun really improve alot. compare to his tv series.

不懂装懂-你不累吗？

Haih!

不幸遇到一些人，明明什么都不知道，硬要发表意见。
专家告诉他们正确的讯息，他们反倒来怀疑专家指导错的讯息。

无奈！

尤其是笨到没药医的流言、传说。

我呢，根本不想出声。
就看他们在那里吵。

后来，专家无奈的妥协了。
我明白的知道，专家是对的。

当然，那些人以为他们吵赢了专家，便代表他们的论点是对的。
更过分的事，他们竟然说那专家很笨。

天啊！真么会这样？
没有得到真的讯息，吃亏的也是他们啊！

假如是和医生吵，那你的命可不就短好几年。

甚至有一些人，为了一口气，明知道是黑的，硬说是白的。

时下的骗子都是靠人性的弱点来行骗的。
如果不是因为有这么多自以为是的人，拿来这么多人被骗？

神算--- 高级笑话

不知道编剧是谁，太厉害了！
许冠文，许冠英 和 黎明 演的。

其中经典的两个：

场景1：
话说身为税局官员的黎明，上门调查假神算- 许冠杰。
他编了一堆笨蛋骗话，保括他爸妈在他出世前两年去世了。
哈哈哈！
居然有人相信（假神算的线人）。
后来，假神算发现有不妥，被逼胡言乱语。哈哈哈！

场景2：
假神算以为自己要死了， 拜托他的小女儿给许冠英， 问他以后结婚了会不会带小女儿一起住。
许冠英竟然说，结婚是几千年前，一群聪明的女人，想来骗男人的。因为结了婚就可以分家产，还包吃包住。

比起那些下流笑话，这实在太高尚、太厉害了！

Theory or Experience?

What do u think?
We should gain our experience first o learn the theory first.

In my opinion, we should learn the theory first.
Theory is the result made by other people from their experience.
Learning Theory avoid us from mistakes.(cause we won't repeat the same mistake mah)

if you prefer to explore it yourself first, well, might be that what you learn is what u experienced, but are you sure that your experience you gained if everything that you should learn?
Besides, you have to repeat it if you have error.(if you know there is 1)

Its just like walking in the jungle for the first time without a map.
With a map, the chances of getting lost is much more lesser than those who do not have 1.
Without a map, you will have to go back and walk again until you are out of the jungle.
Unlike those with a map, they can use short cuts as the know the way.

Those maps are drawn by people who ever explore that jungle and to prevent other people to get the wrong path.
They don't want other people to repeat their mistake!

Think about it.

SATAY

Satay, known as malay food in malaysia.
Ever eat pork satay also........ hehe modify by chinese.

Satay is food that comes from Indonesia.
But seems to be more popular in Malaysia.

Malaysia's satay starts from Kajang.
Thats Y Kajang satay is so well known in Malaysia.

Besides chicken, pork, mutton, beef satay, there are also crocodile, ostrich, deer satay.

Satay really makes my saliva drips when it is slightly burnt. Theres an unique aroma. yum yum.
but, remember to eat cucumber, because cucumber is anti-carcinogen.
well, all BBQ thing contain that.(Carcinogen is a cancer causing agent. But who cares)

Ketupat
so very very nice when together with satay.
You can try to eat it together with mince meat(taste like bak chang).
try to cut ketipat into 2(fry it 1st), then stuck in chicken chop, lettuce, onion, tomato and ham.
Taste like burger.

About the satay sauce, you can mix with the yellow noodle, or spagetti.
Try it.
Mix with bamboo rice, sushi, chicken chop, actually almost all meat.
satay sauce+egg. no matter is hard boiled egg, fried egg, scramble egg.....

GOURMET!

Again, First time in my life.

First time in my life i score less than 38% in my exam........
I did do my homework, i did do my revision.
But WHY?

well, i understand what the teacher taught.(for that moment)
I also dunno Y i can't do during the exam time.

Well, i expect my maths to fail when i hand in the paper. But not this low man!
Forget about it, i still have other subjects.

Who cares about studies!
I care

How many of the successful people are really good in studies?
Not many, but i think they regret. I am not as capable as them too.

My dynasty of scoring good grades without doing revision is over.
Bye bye.
I really miss my life since i start to go to school till lower secondary.

I am just fairly ..... ok in my studies for form 4&5.
not only little revision, but also didn't concentrate in class also.

now, i did do revision, but no really hard enough.
well for me, everything still have a room of improvement.
i will regret not to study harder everytime, even if i get 99.

we will never finish experiencing the first time of our lives.
even when we die, that is still the first time in our lives

Maths T today.
i only know how to do 1/3 + 1/2 + 1 question.
well, those question more than 10 marks..... i dunno hw to do......
but i didn't left it blank.
I want to waste my teacher's time for marking nad anso her energy.....
